Pam Koerner
Pam Koerner has over twenty years of experience in legal search and consulting. Her experience with the legal market began with the national law firm of Jones, Day, Reavis, and Pogue and later with the Nashville firm Boult, Cummings, Conners & Berry. She began Koerner & Associates in 1989, to provide legal search and management consulting services to law firms and corporate legal departments. As President of Koerner & Associates, Pam continues to specialize in attorney recruiting, legal marketing and law firm management consulting throughout the southeast and nationwide. Her knowledge of the field, its people and her strong business background make her an asset to any firm or corporation seeking to strengthen its legal ranks through hiring or business development. Pam Koerner is a former member of the board of directors of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants.
Lauralyn Chrisley
Since joining Koerner & Associates as a search consultant in January of 2006, Lauralyn Chrisley has placed attorneys with domestic and international companies as well as a wide range of law firms all across the country. Lauralyn is a graduate of the University of Texas Law School, after which she practiced corporate transactional law at Vinson & Elkins in Houston, Texas and Frost Brown Todd in Nashville, Tennessee. She enjoys rehabilitating wayward and/or homeless animals and playing the bass guitar.
Patti Heckle
Patti is Director of Operations and Marketing. She manages all of Koerner & Associates operations and administrative matters including human resources, client support, accounting, research, purchasing and marketing. Patti previously had 27 years experience in broadcasting. She assisted the General Sales Manager, the Comptroller and served as the National Sales Coordinator as well as selling and managing infomercials.
